Dr. Colin Saldanha is an Aviation Designated Medical Practitioner located in Mississauga

OUR CLINIC IS OPEN FIVE DAYS A WEEK
Closed on Thursdays during the summer from June to August

We do medicals for: Pilots Category I, II and III

    Canada Immigration Medicals

    Please bring along the following documents when you come to see the doctor:


      ALL APPLICANTS:

    • List of all medications you are currently taking;
    • Your glasses for vision;
    • Most recent reports for any hospitalization, surgery, cancer-oncology report, psychiatric disorders and/or other illnesses;
    • Treatment letters - if you have or been treated for the following: TB, syphilis, HIV specialist report including CD4 count, Hepatitis B and/or C;
    • Heart condition - Cardiologist report.

    VISITORS, STUDENTS, PERMANENT, FAMILY & WORKER CLASS:

    • Passport and/or Ontario Driver License;
    • Please bring along your printed copy of any documentation that has been provided to you by Canada's Immigration Office

    REFUGEES:

    • Valid IFH documents.

    Furtherance:

    • Visit fee of $65;
    • Serum Creatinine required for all > 15 years of age. Fee: $30.00
    • Please bring all the documents mailed to you by Canada Immigration.
    • If you are unable to speak English/Urdu/Hindi fluently - please bring a translator along for the medical. NO TRANSLATOR SERVICES WILL BE ACCEPTED OVER THE PHONE.
    • TREATMENT LETTERS - Please bring any treatment letters you have for illnesses i.e. Cancer, TB, Syphillis, HIV etc.

    Family Class - Spousal

    • Please ensure you have the Medical Report from CIC with an IME number when you book an appointment to do your Family Class/Spousal medical.
    • Please note that if you do not have the Medical Report form we will not be able to do your medical.

    • Photo (will be taken at our clinic and uploaded into the Emedical) - $20
    • Copy of lab report - $20/each
      (Please provide self-addressed envelope)
    • Children 0 - 5 yrs - $140
    • Children and Adults 5 - 59 yrs - $160
    • Adults 60 yrs & older - $180
    • Serum Creatinine required for all > 15 years of age. Fee: $30.00
    • X-Ray - $50 (Cash Only) to be paid directly to X-ray facility.
      The location of X-ray facility will be provided.

    If you have received a request for surveillance from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), please Click here to register FIRST with Region of Peel Public Health or call (905) 799-7700 for the assistance to provide you with the necessary documentation required for your follow up appointment with us.


    The distance from our clinic to x-ray building is 8.6 kms or 13 minutes.

    Dr. Saldanha is an excellent doctor. I have been with him for over 20 years. He belongs to a small group of doctor that is endorsed by Transport Canada to provide pilot medical certifications. This means that your airline pilot requires Dr. Saldanha's endorsement to certify that they are fit to fly.


    Excellent doctor! He provides excellent care for my wife, daughter and I. Even if I have had questions pertaining to my mom who is not even his patient, he has gone above and beyond his means to accommodate and listen. Health care is important and having an excellent doctor to take care of you paramount.
